# Resomnium

> Resomnium designs organizations where humans and AI agents work together, then builds what they run on. The method is open (CellOS). The agents are live. Every chain of accountability ends with a human.

## What we do

Most companies bolt AI onto an org chart built for humans working alone. The tools work. The structure doesn't. We redesign the structure: small accountable units (cells) where humans own judgment and agents handle execution. Then we build the agent systems those cells run on: scoped authority, signed receipts, escrowed work, a named human at the end of every chain.

1. **Embedded design partnership.** We work inside your organization until the new structure holds without us. Decision mapping, cell design, the agent layer.
2. **Venture and ecosystem co-build.** When the upside is real, we co-build agent-native products and infrastructure instead of billing hours.
3. **Research and open standards.** Agent governance and human-AI coordination, in consortium or commissioned. Output ships in public wherever possible.

## Key concepts

- **The Cell**: the smallest viable accountable unit. Five steward roles (Clarity, Execution, Narrative, Access, Integrity), each owned by a human. Flat: no boss node. Each steward runs AI agents beneath them, scoped to sub-functions. An agent team can mirror the same five roles one level down, so the structure is fractal.
