Resomnium is a design-and-build studio in Zagreb. We design organizations where humans and AI agents work together, then we build the agent systems those organizations run on. The method is open. The agents are live.

The name
Res somnium. Latin for the thing of dreams.
We are a small studio with one thesis and a working system. We keep the team small on purpose, and we work with a few long-term partners instead of many short ones.
The thesis
Three sentences we would defend in a room.

The tools work. The structure doesn't.
Most companies bolt AI onto an org chart built for humans working alone. Coordination breaks. Accountability goes missing. The AI budget becomes a line item nobody can defend.

Humans own judgment. Agents do the execution.
Small cells of five, each function owned by a named person, each person running agents beneath them. Flat, with no boss node in the middle.

Every chain of accountability ends with a human.
If an agent did the work, a person answers for it. We design for that first. Then we build the systems where it is true by construction: scoped authority, signed receipts, escrowed work.

Leave ego at the door
The work is the boss. The best argument wins, whoever makes it: founder, client or agent. If we are wrong, we say so and move.

Devil in the details
Org design fails in the fine print: who escalates, who approves, what happens at 2am when nobody answers. We sweat that.

Decide fast
Most decisions are reversible. We make them quickly, watch what happens, and correct.

Only work we would sign
Every engagement carries our name. We choose partners carefully, and we walk away from work we can't stand behind, even when the money is good.

The founder
Filip Blagojević
Founded Resomnium. Leads Vector, the agent-native chain of the Apex Fusion ecosystem. Director of Delivery at HAL8. Head of Ecosystem at the Apex Fusion Foundation. Contributor to the Tachys consensus research consortium.
He started in industrial automation, writing PLC software and commissioning factories. Then protocol-level blockchain delivery. Now production AI agents. The essays on this site are his.
