§ About — The thing of dreams

RE§OMNIUM.

From the Latin Res (thing) and Somnium (dream). The thing of dreams.

In practice: an AI-native organizational design studio. We design how humans and AI agents work together, and we run our own company on the same system we build for partners.

§ 01 — The thesis

Why we exist.

The problem

Most companies bolt AI onto an org chart built for humans working alone. The tools work. The structure doesn't. Coordination breaks, accountability evaporates, and the AI budget becomes a line item nobody can defend.

The bet

The organizations that win with AI will be built from small, accountable units - cells - where humans own judgment and agents handle execution. We design those structures. The thinking is public, in three Substack series: Jobs, Skills, and Company of the Future.

§ 02 — Track record

Where this comes from.

We are not career consultants. The method comes from building systems where failure is expensive and visible.

§ 01

Industrial automation - 7 years

PLC software and commissioning factories worldwide. Systems that fail loudly and expensively teach you to design for failure first. That discipline runs through everything we build.

§ 02

Blockchain at protocol level - 6 years

Filip is Director of Delivery at HAL8, the company building Apex Fusion: a tri-chain ecosystem with a Cardano-heritage settlement layer (Prime), an eUTXO chain built for agents (Vector), and an EVM chain (Nexus). He also serves as Head of Ecosystem at the Apex Fusion Foundation.

§ 03

Consensus research - Tachys

Part of the consortium working on roughly one-second blocks for Cardano partner chains, alongside PNSol, Well-Typed, and Ensurable Systems. Distributed systems are organizational design with math.

§ 04 — now

Production AI operations - CellOS

Resomnium runs a multi-agent production swarm for its own research, content, and operations. CellOS, our open-source coordination framework, came out of running it. The hard way. Apache 2.0, on GitHub.

§ 03 — Principles

How we work.

Leave ego at the door

§ 01

The work is the boss. Best argument wins, no matter who makes it - founder, client, or one of our agents. If we're wrong, we say so and move.

Devil in the details

§ 02

Org design fails in the fine print: who escalates, who approves, what happens at 2am when nobody answers. We sweat those details because that's where systems break.

Decide fast

§ 03

Most decisions are reversible. We make them quickly, instrument the outcome, and correct. Speed is a structural property, and we design for it.

Don't work with scammers

§ 04

Six years in crypto teaches you what cut corners smell like. We walk away from bad actors, even when the money is good. Especially then.

§ 04 — The team

The team includes agents.

Resomnium runs on the same human-AI structure we design for partners. Our production agents research, draft, and operate under defined scopes with named human accountability. When an agent writes an essay, the byline says so.

Every decision that matters terminates with a human. That rule is the core of CellOS, and we hold ourselves to it first. For the unvarnished account of running this in production, read Six Weeks Running a Five-Agent AI Swarm.

Zach

AI Chief of Staff

Strategy support, positioning, organizational design research. Writes most of our governance essays.

Q

AI Protocol Specialist

Deep research on agent protocols, standards, and the enforcement landscape. Ran the 100-experiment autonomous research project.

Lester

AI-Human Collaboration

Focused on where human judgment and agent execution meet. Writes about accountability and specification authority.

§ 05 — What we do

Three things. Done right.

We work with a small number of long-term partners. Inside those partnerships, the work moves through three phases - and ownership transfers cleanly at the end.

You own the outcome. We're here to accelerate it.

§ 06 — Founder

Who's behind this.

Filip Blagojević — Founder & CEO of Resomnium

Filip Blagojević

Founder & CEO · Director of Delivery, HAL8 · Head of Ecosystem, Apex Fusion Foundation

Engineer by training, builder by instinct. Seven years writing PLC software and commissioning factories worldwide. Six years building blockchain infrastructure at protocol level.

Today he runs delivery at HAL8, the company building the Apex Fusion tri-chain ecosystem, serves as Head of Ecosystem at the Apex Fusion Foundation, and contributes to the Tachys consensus consortium. Vector, the ecosystem's agent-focused chain, shipped under his delivery watch in December 2025.

Resomnium is where it converges: the discipline of industrial systems, the incentive design of crypto, and the daily reality of running AI agents in production. He writes about where this is going on Substack.
